Judging

Post by SLOroadster »

I'm going to step on someones toes here but oh well. Its almost like you have to be a member of the Modesto club to win anything. Alvin, if your thought on chroming is correct, my thought on the Modesto club is correct. Gerardo's car is beautiful, but his valve cover is chromed, parts of his new style carbs are chromed ect, yet his wins. Dan took his car to the Blackhawk show, and it won there. If we are going to have judging, a standard needs to be set, and nonpartial judges. The peoples vote is good but still.
Ok, I'll step off the soapbox.

Sorry, I find modern engine swaps revolting. Keep your G, R, or U series in your Roadster!

Anyhow, I still think the reward is in the owning and enjoying, not the trophy.
