Forum Maintenance

Well, for the most part I am done. 
I cleaned up a bunch of stuff we never used. I fixed the quote tags so they work once again. I also fixed the forum photo album so you can link pictures directly into your posts like the good old days. Nothing was lost so you should be able to continue where you left off. Now I am off to updating the main website and registry. Enjoy!!
