Got a got a Datsun 1600 fair lady battery went dead. Went to try and start the car with jumper. I have no clutch now why I need suggestions had it when it sat there

Can you define "No clutch?"
I suggest you bleed the clutch fluid and then re-assess the clutch situation.

The slave cylinders are pretty inexpensive, and it may be a good idea to replace it while your down there. I haven't had any go bad myself, but I replaced mine since I didn't know it's history.

After market replacements are fine for this part. No need to go real Nissan in my opinion.

Sounds like you've got multiple problems ....that's a 1st
