Hello all, I have a challenge for everyone!
I was going through an old box of photos and I found this photo that I took in 1988. This photo was taken in Albany California as the little roadster drove by the Albany Bowl on San Pablo Ave.
Does anyone happen by some small strange chance to know this car and or it’s owner?
Just tossing out there, thought it would be fun to try to find this person!

Well, Lieutenant Columbo is on the case starting with it being a white 1970 with a poorly aligned door......
