Can you use a passenger seat for a driver's seat 68 1600

My current situation is that my seats are still at the upholsterer and I don't see getting them back anytime soon 
I have the chance to buy a used seat that I could use until they are done so I can drive the car
The seat for sale is from a current thread here on the forum. Has pic.
Possible issue is that the seat is a passenger seat not the drivers. Anybody know if I can use a passenger seat for the drivers seat? I have the rails from my original driver's seat. Looks like the seat is from a 68 1600 and I have a 68 1600.
