Hi from the Bay Area

Post by OriginalBlue »

Been pulling a lot of helpful info from various posts as my project evolves and felt I should say thanks with an intro.

Im OriginalBlue up in the Bay Area and have had this ratrod sitting for 6+ years waiting for attention. Finally got around to replacing the fuel tank and all the fuel lines. Points, plugs, ignition coil, radiator flush, oil change, valve cover gasket. All the fun stuff.

Next up is getting my carburetor rebuilt or replaced, then brakes, then then then......

Looking forward to asking a lot of dumb questions and learning more as I go. :D

Thanks Steve. Will also update my sig and relevant info as time permits. Been many years since I've used a real message board but it's coming back to me.

Is it acceptable to revive ancient threads? Or is it preferred here to start new ones. Not sure what the cutoff is for stuff that is incredibly useful but is dead conversation-wise.
