'69 2000 - Choke lever delete/cover/blank?

Hey guys, I converted my '69 2000 from Mikuni to Weber (for now - the Mikuni's need to be sent out for refurbishment, so this way it can still be driven). As part of the conversion I got rid of the choke assemblies on the Webers and will just run without a choke for now, which is fine because it's a hot weather car for me.

I want to keep my nice (expensive) choke lever that I got from Dean safely stored in the garage until the Mikuni's go back in, but I am looking for something to cover the spot in the console where the choke lever goes.

Does anyone know of a nice looking part, cover, or otherwise that could go there and fill the top right spot in the radio area without being too obvious?

Honestly, I'd just leave everything in place but not hooked up... that's what I did with the hand throttle after converting to EFI. I never used the choke with the carbs anyway...

If you need your Mikuni’s rebuilt I have a number of dealers I can refer you to, I’m one of 2 Mikuni distributors in the United States. I also rebuild them as well. The reason you want to use one of the people I recommend is to avoid having damage done to your carbs by people that don’t know how to properly disassemble, inspect and rebuild them.

Dave we spoke last year, I will be in touch at some point about getting them bushed. Thank you!

I considered leaving the choke lever in place but I just want a clean look without it if possible, if anyone has any suggestions let me know

I have used plastic or metal (Stainless) hole plugs in the past. Not sure what size the choke cable hole is without disassembling mine. here's an example of a plastic 1/4" one. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Hillman-2-Pack ... ug/3013229.
