Data plate stamping help

I remember someone on here saying that they had the correct stamps and could stamp blank data plates, but I've searched and can't find the info now.

Does anyone know who can stamp my pretty new blank plate to match my old ratty one?

I know from some thread in the last couple years that the Harbor Freight 1/8" inch stamp set ($9.99) was real close to the original in size and shape. Specifically the number "3"
