Low WS Vent window pivot hardware?

I disassembled my vent windows many years ago. All that I have now found now is the pivot, chrome washer and screw. the two rubber? Washers must have deteriorated to nothing as they weren't kept. Can someone confirm what those washers were made of, rubber , fiber? From measuring the chrome washer it appears I need about an 11/16 od replacements. I attached a photo from Rallye showing the two black washers that are in question.

They were rubber. Nylon, black nylon or hard rubber washer will all work perfectly.

Home Depot had something that should do the trick. The fit on the Pivot post is tight (need to stretch the washer a bit) which is what you need to keep moisture out. I don't have the glass handy to test the thickness, but they are pretty thin washers and I could conceivably add one more if needed.. Photo added for anyone looking to track some down. Less than $2 for qty 4. (HD No. 597 487)
