Review - White Rabbit Express

Post by funkaholik »

I guess this is a service review, not a product review, but here we go:

After longingly viewing items on Yahoo Auctions Japan and being unable to bid on them since I live in the US, I decided to take the plunge and use a bidding/forwarding service: White Rabbit Express. Once I signed up with them, I told them the items I wanted and what my maximum bid was and they acted as my proxy and bid for me and won. They even refunded some of my money since they were able to get one item for less than my max bid. Once they had the items at their location, they gave me reasonably priced shipping options. Shipping took a bit longer due to Covid restrictions, but they communicated this to me and were very responsive to my questions.

My items arrived today and were well packaged and exactly as I expected them to be. All in all, a very positive experience, and a way to bid on items that may not be available here in the US.

Two thumbs up!

I got a 1969 teardrop sidemarker assembly in perfect shape to go with the NOS one I've had sitting in the garage for a while, and I got a metal "FairLady" fender emblem that is in excellent shape, for much cheaper than the expensive, beat-up ones I've seen offered here in the US.

Still on the lookout for a really nice, white washer fluid reservoir. I've been bleaching mine with cream developer, but it will never be beautiful, only passable.
