Rubber Brake Hoses, Confirmed hoses that work?

Looking to get all three rubber hoses. Yes SS is nice, but rubber will out live me and cost half or less as as much, assuming there are hoses that work. From the Teck Wiki Bendix 77002 is confirmed to work, that is essentially a dead part # now with just a single unit being found on eBay.

Can anyone confirm Raybestos BH36737 works which is in the Wiki as well? I'm a little apprehensive about this one as Dorman makes a hose with a very similar p/n H36737 (looks the same as the Bendix) and is for use on the 520/521 Pick Up which is supposed to be the correct interchange hose in question according to the Wiki. Yet a 311s member in a thread from a number of years ago said the threads were incorrect.

Beck Arnley 073-1188 is listed as well. I realize OEM are still available but after shipping and tax you are only a little under SS prices.

Any help appreciated.

Custom made hydraulic hoses are not that expensive.
All they need is the length, and the threaded fittings used to duplicate them.
Try a Hose Supplier near you for a quote

Where are you located in California? I am In Laguna Hills. I think I have 2 out of the 3 you need. They are genuine Nissan. $30 plus any shipping.
Verify this is the part number you are looking for.

I have the same question. I was thinking of getting these for $5.21 a piece:
https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.ph ... 43&jsn=367
They're saying this is for the rear and it's shorter than my OEM fronts (OEMs are 18" long and these are 13.7").
The one RockAuto is showing for the front has 2 female ends (wrong) and is even shorter than this rear one. Seems like a lot of bad info so I'm holding off until I get things back together enough to see if the 13.7" length will be OK...or until I find a better option.

Both the fittings and lengths are incorrect for the rockauto hose-no surprise.

Duralast 77002Z worked for me. $13.50 each at Autozone. Used on a 67.5 1600.
Good luck!

Nice!

I'll pick that one up for the rear, I took Greg up on his offer of two OEM hoses. That should be added to the Wiki as confirmed, I'm just not sure how you go about doing that.

Did you use it in the back as well, or just the two up front?

Thanks

Reviving an old thread. I'm going to replace the rubber brake hoses shortly and looks like the Nissan OEM's are no longer available. I bought the Raybestos BH36737 as per the TechWiki and will report back following install.
