63-64 1500 reproduction third seat base and hardware

Hi 1500 3 seat owners.
I do not recall this being posted on 311s.
Simon in Australia is making reproduction 3rd seat bases and the necessary mounting hardware.
If you are missing the seat and or hardware these parts look very good.

Datsun SP310 Roadster 3rd seat replicas. $389 Au$

Will fit 1962 – 1964 Datsun SP310 Roadsters RH or LH Drive. Will not fit 1965 transition SP310 or later models.

Third seat mould is taken from an original seat. Seat has external black gel coat. Fibreglass is sprayed, chopped fibre, polyester resin, double the thickness of the original. These seats will stand up to your fat arsed friends wanting to try out the seat!

Seats are supplied as per picture with vent holes diamond cored drilled and hardware holes drilled ready for hardware fitting.

Upholstering is NOT included.

Seat Hardware

The hardware is an exact copy of the original. Made from carbon steel. Red oxide primed and satin black epoxy painted. The hardware is complex, combining laser cut and folded parts fabricated to parts from hardware hinges. Having already made 6 sets it is very time consuming to fabricate.

Hardware is supplied with all the fasteners for the seat and to fit the seat to the body of the car.

Once upholstered the seat can be fitted to the car in a matter of minutes.

Seat price is A$ 389.00 plus shipping
Hardware and fastener price is A$ 149.00 plus shipping.

Seat (with or without hardware) ships in a carton weighing 7 Kgs and is 60 x 40 x 30 CM’s

Seat and hardware can be purchased separately. Orders close 30th June. Production starts 2 weeks after that, allow 6 weeks to complete.
