Ted's photo issue

Testing-Ted's new Android phone is having issues posting pictures to the forum from his phone. I used GIMP to export this new jpeg file and it works just fine. I do not expect everyday users to have to do this to post pictures. Kind of a PITA.
Renamed-did not work.

It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image. Please verify that the URL you entered is correct.
This was a problem in earlier versions but was supposedly fixed. That does not appear to be the case. Still looking into the issue.
