Got few missing piece from my puzzle so now I hopefully have everything to get running car. Weather here in northern Europe is still quite cold so there is no hurry.

Drove it to outside for first time. Still missing brakes so couldn't go to road but at least now it moves by itself!

Looking great! I did notice that you're missing at least one, maybe two (on the other side of the head) small bolts that go through the the head and into the front cover, right near your far left exhaust stud. Same size as the oil pan bolts, but check length because they can strip over time. These help to keep oil from weeping near the front cover and timing chain area.

Yes it does. One thing I'm 95% sure of that I won't be doing is pulling the engine compartment when I go to paint so as to get the Engine Bay matching the body. It was already painted over black by my father when my Sister said No. 531 grey is no go for a 21 year old Blond So Cal girl and had Earl Shibe paint it yellow back in 1976 or so. I may just clean the Bay up and over time pull a little of this and tape off some of that and rattle can an approximate match. Unfortunately from the picture it looks like an unfortunate DOT 3 or 4 spill on the shelf in front of the Master Cylinder??

Do you mean this? I strip thread on it when I torqued it. To make a bigger thread or insert helicoil I would need to remove head. So I thought I try without it.
Or do you have any ideas how to repair it without removing head?

You can try running a tap with the correct thread pitch etc down the hole and see if you can recover or add a few threads. This can be especially effective with a slightly longer bolt, or just try the longer bolt and see if it will work (did for me on my semi stripped one). May as well try a longer bolt first, mjght work! They don't need a lot of torque by any means... a careful hand tight since you're going into aluminum. Alternatively you could install a stud instead and use a nut. This fastener is not critical, but since I noted it was missing I thought I'd say so!

I have now driven few hundred km´s and everything seems to work suprisingly well. Got SU´s adjusted with little help of youtube and now it starts and runs well. Only problem is few times there has been little bit after run but that doesn´t happen everytime. Also oil pressure seems to be very low on idle but read from this forum that it is normal.

In Finland you could register your car as "veteran vehicle" if it is older that 30 year and it is still in its original condition or has been appropriately restored. Insurance and taxes for this veteran car are fraction as they normally would be. I went to see inspector and he accepted my car so now this is going to be registered as veteran vehicle. Basically I can use car normally, it is just cheaper to use.

For inspection I chanced those 14" mesh wheels that came with car as I think they would look more period correct. And now that I have been looking it with those I actually like more that silver wheel look. So I think I´m going to paint those gold AME wheel centers with silver.
