Back from Monterey. Fantastic week of qualifying and racing with more Datsuns than ever gathered at one track. Tons of pictures out there if you just google Monterey Reunion. Go onto FB and search for Bill Wessel to see my public Monterey Reunion album.

Here's links to my in-car video of the Sunday afternoon Rolex race.

And the Sunday morning qualifying race for the Rolex.

Now you've seen it all from the one of the best seats in the house!

See you at the track...

Bill, thanks for sharing!! Man, reliving my race days through your eyes, er, cam. I've only watched one (Sun morning quali). Great dice with the Elan. But that 510, oh me, oh my. Off line and the whackest braking points I've ever seen! BRRRRR...

But thanks, that is MOST EXCELLENT!!

Now here's a related side note of some interest.... my wife is asking me why I don't do track events (at least HPDE) and "Why don't you go?" My wife is encouraging me? I think the aliens got her. Laff...

That Sunday Morning race, WOW.. The Alfa spinning into 11 was wild! And the 510 on the brakes over the hill.. You got all the excitement!

I felt so bad for Craig Carter, there is no way it should have been green so long, after the 510 dumped his differential on the line through 3 and 4..

.

Start at 14:00 to see the 510 dump the diff.. I tried waving him off, but next lap I came around and Craig was in the dirt and we were still racing.. crazy..
