I am looking for a 2 1/2 inch stainless system from the A pipe back. Running a turbo Ford engine, so my exhaust guy will have to fab the pipe from the turbo to the A pipe. My frame is already modified with larger openings (4 in. square tube) so x-member clearance is no issue.
Is this something you would be interested in?
Feel free to PM me with questions, pricing for other details.
Thanks.
Yep, I'll go ahead and run some 2.5" mufflers when I build the next batch of resonators later this month. The pipes are straight easy for us since that process is well defined.
Just built a really pretty oversize resonator for another 311's-lister, but I'll let him post those up when he gets to it
Thank you for the post Alvin! Looks like a terrific run-great cars - What scenery and weather!
Linda we build the systems in 1 3/4 (stock), 1 7/8 and 2". To my ear there is not a big difference in volume between the three. All three definitely sound like a sports car though, not a Camry :
Again to my ear, there are some differences in tone or "exhaust note", but none of the three systems are "loud". Big difference in flow capacity however.
The tone is amazing. Highly recommend the flex pipe and heavy duty collar to go with the system. Not your average flex. The install is truly bolt on. JT actually fits his system to a rolling frame to make sure everything is just so.... When I heard Cktrap's 2l I had to have it. Can't say enough good about it.
