Hi Ron,

I do know where Sears is at. I think it takes about 10-15 minutes to drive from Frys to Sears. I told Tom that we will be there around 9:15. So just tell me when is a good time that we should meet.

8:40 sounds good then. I'll meet you at Fry's in City of Industry off of Crossroads Pkwy and 60 Freeway.

I just got back and my arms are sore. The road was fast, the company good and the hamburger was delish. Now, I'm not going to be a tattle-tail, but there was a few scoff-laws who may have been driving at socially unexceptable speeds. My word! Some people!

I boiled my brake fluid twice (not fun)! needless to say it's getting a full replacement with GT-LMA before the next usage.

Looking forward to the Next SoCalROC event, as this last one Kicked major bootie.

I can attest to the validity of Victor's speed claims. As a matter of fact I got it all on video!! haha. I'll post a link soon.

It won't be as smooth as yours though Alving, as I am using the prototype headrest-bungie camera mount.

SoCalROC lives.

Thanks Alvin.

I used the Windows movie maker. Shot on a sony D8 camera. Firewire transfer. Not my personal preference. I prefer to use Adobe Premiere. But for fast stuff it's fine.

I also went to film school ('92) and got an AA in Cinema. I've made quite a few short films, industrials, and 1 music video (that's how I met my wife!)

I'm looking forward to shooting some more Roadster stuff. The camera got a little jittery towards the end of the run, And I should have reversed the camera to get some head on shots!

If anyone has a good Roadster idea and wants to put together a shoot, let's talk.

Do you want a copy Alvin?

Any chance you can post a version in an OSX-friendly codec? The default .wmv settings make for an audio-only experience.
