Anti-Backfire Valve

Hello everyone!
I have a 1970 1600 emissions equipped and I am in need of the Anti-Backfire valve.
I was wondering if anyone knows if I can use a valve from another datsun model?
I know for example that the one for the B210 is very very similar.
Any advice and/or help would be greatly appreciated.
