IMHO the stock wheels look better. Your roadster, right:

We have an entire thread dedicated to period/authentic wheel options:

what is your budget? At ~$400 you could be rocking Libras, Rotas, and yes even Panasports :D

All pointless though if the AR Estrella is what you desire :smt003

Obviously he could not "do what he wanted". I am just trying to help. Too many people fall into the "real wheels are too expensive" mindset.

1) Have you test-fitted the wheels? What size/offset did you get?

2) Are you aware these are typically mounted to FWD vehicles? This could mean caliper clearance issues, and leaf springs issues depending on specs!

3) Have you tested front center cap/lug nut cover clearance over the roadster's front hubs?

Here's a visual to help: these are all FWD cars with Estrellas and high offset wheels (almost +35mm). Even some RWD cars (ie MIata) call for +38-40mm. Roadsters on the other hand need relatively low offset, close to +15mm.

If you have any questions, just ask away! It's not about "wheel snobbery"....it's about putting the right set of wheels on your roadster!
