hi, any twin pipes left?

Happy to see this thread bumped. I have seen and heard JT's twin-pipe resonator on Peter's '67.5 and it is impressive:

I’d be interested in ordering when the next batch is available.

Do they sound much different then the megaphone model?

A little more mellow since the sound waves get redirected more at the exit. The megaphone is probably several dB lounder if you are behind the car I would expect.

I love mine, looks good easy to install and sounds great!

Ross had one left so I bought it. Paul Wells has at least one listed.

Did the late 1600's come with the twin pipes or the megaphone?

Megaphone for all the later cars. Like many things the transition occurred around 67.5. Some early 67 2L's had these too, but most were meg.

If you change the rear support (we have those too), the twin pipe will fit any year. Just bolt on parts, no cutting/welding.

I noticed that the twin-pipe resonators are not available on the site anymore. Any plans to make another run?
