What years did this come in?

I recently parted out a 68 1600 and the shift plate had this metal shift diagram instead of a sticker. It looks to be stainless or aluminum as it had been sitting in the desert for 40 years and never rusted or pitted.I have never seen one before and was trying to figure out if it was a 68 specific thing or if it came on other years as well.

Looks like it used to have black on it. My '69 4-speed looks like that -- but with 4 speeds of course.

I can post a pic tomorrow for comparison.

My 67.5 1600 has the same one. chrome border and shift pattern on black background.

Pretty sure all 68 - 70 roadsters had that in cast metal; I think the sticker is a "replacement" item as a sticker is easier to make than to cast it in metal like the original.
