Ballast resister
I am using a pertronix ei piece in my non smog dizzy. I also have the pertronix coil, the vacuum advance is locked down and the timing is about 20 degrees advanced. Do I still use the ballast resistor or bypass it?

Re: Ballast resister
Use of the ballast resistor depends on resistance of of coil you have: 3 ohm or 1.5 ohm.
