Project U20

Post by mattywood »

Hi folks, I just picked up a 68 2000 project car to help finish my 69 2000 off. My blue car has a H20 motor with a skyline line box. The U20 in the 68 2000 has had a minor rebuild with new rings and bearings etc and the box rebuilt. It will happen over the next weeks/months. The current car is this:

I am getting rid of this

and after some cleaning and painting add this

from my new purchase, from this

The H20 then goes into the 68 and we say bye bye and its becomes a project for a new owner. I'd keep both but need the $$ to finish the carpet, trim and hardtop. Any aussies looking for a great car the 68 is very straight.

I pick it up soon. I will let you know when we've done the switch. Comes with a new roof not fitted though. H20 has some very nice lou mondello extractors on it too.

On the RHS of the trans tunnel, or LHS of the drivers foot well, to suit the left foot.
And no, the drain water doesn't go down the plug hole the other way
