Replaced wife with roadster, what a bargain!!!

Post by customvan65 »

Here's a couple pics of my new toy. Pain in the @$$ leach of a wife leaves me for Christmas and I get a Roadster for New Years, Life Is Good!
although she took my dog, which sucks.

Thanks for the welcome, I can't wait for summer!

The Dog might run away just to ride in that car!

Had two wives, working towards the third and last (finally got quality!)... had the Roadster the entire time. The Roadster may need attention at times, and you may get mad at her, but she will never leave you unless you leave her! I hear ya buddy! I had a Barbie as my passenger for years... and last Shasta trip my friends added a blow up doll...

Well, I know the Barbie doll exists... not sure if they got "Shaniqua" the blow up doll in my car or not... curtesy of Oregon and Canadian goof balls "Damnit Bill" McDermot and Sean "Captain Canada" Kirk... love those guys...

Tonneau cover. It came with the car when I got it. I had to cut the sides and sew in velcro to re-attach. my sewing isn't that good, but I like being able to zip it up when it's parked out in the world.
see ya'll at Canby.

I got to get one of those. Do you have to get them specially made for roll bars, or just cut a regular one?

I used to live at travis. back in 91-92.
I just cut the one that came with the car, it was useless otherwise. I have no idea if they make them precut. I was looking at mine today and noticed that I cut it a little off, but I got close. my sewing machine isn't heavy duty enough to sew bias tape around the opening. I'll have to farm that out.
