My condolences to Mike, For many, their dog is a family member and the pain no less to bare.

Sorry to hear about Jack. We lost our 12 year old yellow Lab, Race, on New Years Eve. We still have a 15 year old Lab, but our family still mourns the loss of Race. For non-pet owners it may be hard to understand the sorrow felt by the family, but the pets truly become part of our lives.

Jack was the best! Unfortunately, death is part of life. What matters is what we do with the love we get, and since Jack gave so much, Mike has a lot to share... that way, love continues forever.

Sad to hear as I know how much "Jack" meant to Mike. I have one I am attached to myself and dread the day I will lose my little buddy. They really become a part of your life just like any other family member.
