I participated in the Hagerty HDC Days Rally today from Golden, CO to Deckers, CO.

The scenery was beautiful and a wide range of cars were on the road. The only other Datsun was a 280Z owned by Hagerty and driven by the event organizer.

The event was well run and a free lunch was included. With a detour to get gas in Woodland Park I got up to almost 8500 ft in elevation. She struggled a bit going up hill in the thin air but did well. I logged about 170 miles round trip - the longest drive in a while.

It was a great way to spend a sunny and dry summer day in the mountains.

Nice pic's making me jones. Just landed after spending 12 days in Hawaii and man who turned up the heat here in the bay area and probably everywhere else?

Only datsun spoted was this sweet 280 in Hanapepe. Ready to get out and drive again...

Nothing better than a night drive home…last night was a perfect evening for a top down drive…so of course I took the very looooong way home after the Z club meeting .

At the Edmonton Z car club annual show and shine. We had over 80 cars show up. Lots of Datsuns, Nissans and many other Japanese name plates. Great weather and hundreds of spectators .

Redroadster68 here. It is not a Mitsubishi. It is a Nissan 240SX dressed up like a jdm Silvia . But it is indeed a North American car. It has an LS v8 . Sound absolutely insane ! Incredible build . It was my vote for best in show .

Saturday evening the Edmonton Z car club held its annual evening cruise around the Edmonton area. Perfect evening for a cruise. Great mix of z years…and of course one roadster. 1971, 240z series 1. 300zx twin turbo.
