Rear leaf springs are shot and shackles are on wrong. From those views yes, the frame looks solid, but the frames usually rust through at the top where the horse hair pads sit at the mounting points. The good news is that can usually be repaired fairly easily if limited to those areas. Like most cars with that advanced patina, you may not know till you get deep into the bowels of the project.
