This was one, of may points it the refresh of my car that had me questioning, am I nuts? The condition of the rubber boots was questionable on both sides. When I peeled them back, one was side was questionable, the other was just downright dangerous.

I added these to the list and replaced both sides, The center link had been replaced on my car. very lucky me. These cars are not inexpensive, but do it right. Spend the money, live to tell the tale. Welcome to the club. David

Bringing this thread back around as I am in the process of rebuilding my front suspension.
I have reviewed this thread and have a few questions.

No Luck on the MOOG parts on RockAuto or other sources - some said OOS and others had them but they were in England - as listed in the thread but I did find some things for Datsun 510 / 620 from Rare Parts and Duralast on AutoZone.

Rare Parts
Tie Rod End Assembly (Datsun 510)

26215 Left https://www.autozone.com/suspension-ste ... 111315_0_0

26212 Right https://www.autozone.com/suspension-ste ... 111314_0_0

Adjusting Sleeve https://www.autozone.com/suspension-ste ... 863840_0_0

620 Center LInk
26262 https://www.autozone.com/suspension-ste ... enter+link
Curious, did you ever confirm these were a fit?

I'll answer my own question, somewhat at least.
It doesn't really matter if these fit, as two out of three appear to be unavailable. I know because I ordered everything. After some delay, only one tie rod and the four shafts were shipped. Everything else was cancelled.

On better news...
I am working with a vendor right now to make an alternative choice. It should be better than original and look pretty too. Stay tuned.

I believe the older Moog is good but I heard the newer ones are not as good in quality. I was trying to go with Rare Parts as they seem to be rated high consistently. I think your good Curtis because it sounds like you've had yours for a while. And I don't know if I what I heard was even true but there was more than one person saying it. Also worth noting it was NOT the Datsun Moog part specifically, it was more about Moog tie rod ends in general.
