Contact info for Lou Mondello?

Post by Gregs672000 »

Greetings all, I'm looking to contact Lou Mondello in Australia as I am considering one if his 4-2-1 headers. I reached out to the Datsun club but they only had a couple phone numbers and no info on his operations these days, and I'm hoping to get an email or website... so far no go. Even what I've seen on Facebook has been older, and I am not a fan of Facebook so I'm not active. Any info, or alternatives for a proven 4-2-1 design that will bolt in, clear the steering rod and remain within the frame rails is welcome...
Thanks!

Greg, I think JT does some business with him, you might contact Jim. Something to consider however is that most likely his design is for right hand drive.

I talked to him about that header a while back. He told me that it would at least need a dimple in two tubes to clear the steering rod and maybe a bit more than that. If i could get a couple of photos of one, I would love to do a duplicate of the BRE header that split around the frame rail for my build.

Thanks All! Yes, the steering rod is an issue but one I had thought was resolved. I had told myself that I wasn't going to pursue any more performance mods, but...
Just sent an email... thanks again!
