Parts Identification Help

Hi all.

I bought a box of a bunch of random parts to get one part, and there are some parts in the box that I don’t recognize.

And knowing these cars, and the weird little bits that can be difficult to find, I’m curious to know what these are so I don’t toss them irresponsibly.

What are these two chromed round things with notches?

And what is the pin next to the latch receiver?
