This is a question for anyone with 6.5-7+ inch front tires...
How big of a difference is it?
I assume that it would be of a bit tougher time turn the wheel with out power assist.
Can a 4 foot, 11 inch, 85 lbs women have hard time turning the wheel?
Just curious...

She might, that depends entirely on the person. Try and find out, my guess is yes she will but I have learned never to underestimate (it can get one in trouble )

wheel size
Hi Minh , I have 16" x 205 50 profile wheels with a smaller MOMO steering wheel , except for doing the 3 point turn to get into my garage the steering feels ok to me ..
