Steering with wider front tires...

Post by Minh »

This is a question for anyone with 6.5-7+ inch front tires...

How big of a difference is it?

I assume that it would be of a bit tougher time turn the wheel with out power assist.

Can a 4 foot, 11 inch, 85 lbs women have hard time turning the wheel?

Just curious...

She might, that depends entirely on the person. Try and find out, my guess is yes she will but I have learned never to underestimate (it can get one in trouble :) )

Sorry, I find modern engine swaps revolting. Keep your G, R, or U series in your Roadster!

That's for sure, Will!

I would think that anyone can turn any wheel combination if the car is rolling ever so slightly...TR

Shouldn't be a problem with a stock steering wheel but might get a bit tough in parking lots with a small diameter wheel.

Hi Minh , I have 16" x 205 50 profile wheels with a smaller MOMO steering wheel , except for doing the 3 point turn to get into my garage :( the steering feels ok to me ..
