How to mount your front license plate so it doesn't scrape?

Folks,
Where do you get your front license plate holder so the plate doesn't hang too low?
For example, on Alvin's car:

hey! that looks like alvins car!
My guess would be drill holes in the plate about middle height?

First you have to have your pictures some where on the web. Then you can use an image tag
