Tool Bag Inventory Sheet

Post by SlowBoy »

I need help identifying a color.

A while back someone from the List proposed they where looking at re-creating the tool bags, but I haven't seen anything on it since it was proposed.

So, I went out to check my bags for a suitable one to duplicate and found I had an inventory sheet.

The sheet is 5 x 7 with the Datsun logo and a chart titled Datsun Fairlady Tool Kit and lists the contents followed by NISSAN Motor CO., LTD.

The background is a solid color that I can not quite identify. It is possibly yellow or a shade of yellow but could also be some shade of orange.

The one I have had been wet at one time and the colors bled together. So, the background color is what I am looking for. Currently I set it at yellow but want to know what it should actually be.

Thanks!

Jim

Should we move this to "Long trips in the roadster" thread?

What about the bar for removing the hubcaps?

Maybe my toolkit was for some other Datsun.

I copied what was on the sheet. I do not know exactly which year car the sheet came from.

The components on the sheet match those in the 1966 owner's manual.

As for popping hubcaps, I used the pry end of the lug wrench.
