This is incredibly cool!! Has anyone on the forum tried this? I really, really like this idea. And all in all it's not THAT expensive. (not cheap, but not that expensive).
Anybody try this or no someone who has??

Thanks for that, but the question remains, has anyone tried this? It looks like a pretty slick and well thought out system to me.

I dunno but it sure looks neat.
Imagine, this injector setup with a pertronix triggering a megasquirt for both fuel and spark control. If you modified the SU domes as the website says, you'd have to look real hard to tell it wasn't stock but would have a "modern" programmable management system. Heck, if you used the wideband o2 option with the MS, it would virtually tune itself! Sweet!!

What is the cost on this conversion? Just a ballpark if you aren't sure.
So no one has actually done it yet? If it has been around that seems hard to believe. Maybe others just passed on it though.

The website lists about everything you would need for $1495 (with your own electronic ignition). $1595 includes EI, but only on the British cars he has.
The Fixitman approach with Megasquirt would be different.

Probably not a bad fuel injection alternative.

Just a rough guess on cost...

349.96 for adapters and injectors (add on 100 if you wana run TPS)

399.00 for Megasquirt 2
240 for megasquirt 1
48 for predone harness
http://www.diyautotune.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; is where I bought my megajolt from they feature MS as well.
100 dollars for used EDIS setup or pertronix

I'd put a rough guess running EDIS or pertronix you'll be spending about 8-900 with wire and such, but be a complete bolt on (cept for the EDIS if you run that)
